In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, STREET SHOES SRL is obliged to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide about yourself, a member of your family, or another person.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
STREET SHOES SRL collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
a) Commercial activities related to accommodation and the provision of services (restaurant – bar, events, related services), including offering, contracting, selling of products, and maintaining business relations with other legal entities;
b) Post-sale activities including customer service, informing customers regarding product and service evaluation, improving the quality of maintenance and repair services;
c) Activities related to fulfilling legal obligations regarding the preparation and reporting of specific documents (e.g., registration forms) and accounting (financial statements, invoices, etc.);
d) Activities related to your safety and that of your property;
e) Legitimate interest pursued by STREET SHOES SRL or by a third party (e.g., in preventing credit card fraud);
f) To resolve your requests related to the activity of STREET SHOES SRL.

The recorded information is intended for use by STREET SHOES SRL and will be communicated only to the following recipients: designated company employees, the data subject, contractual partners, other companies within the same group, banking institutions where clients have accounts, and authorized public institutions (e.g. ANAF, Ministry of Internal Affairs through the Romanian Police, Ministry of Tourism, etc.).

STREET SHOES SRL collects data for marketing or advertising purposes only with your express consent. This may occur through our websites (newsletter subscription) or by signing an explicit consent form with one of our employees or collaborators. You may withdraw this consent at any time and still enjoy the services of STREET SHOES SRL.

Video Surveillance
The premises of STREET SHOES SRL are equipped with a video surveillance system covering common areas in accordance with applicable laws. The retention period for video recordings is 30 days.

If your data is transferred within the European Union or to countries outside the EU (e.g., tourism agencies or booking platforms), we ensure that these entities comply with EU data protection standards and have compatible legislation.
Security

Video recordings are kept for 30 days.

You have full control over how we process your data, in accordance with Articles 14–23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may request information, access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Requests will be answered within one month.
